was founded in 2003 by caregiver Bonnie Laiderman.

Bonnie Laiderman

Bonnie was part of the “sandwich generation,” where she was simultaneously caring for her elderly mother and her young children. Eventually, Bonnie learned of a little-known VA benefit called “Aid and Attendance,” which would cover the cost of her mother Edith’s home care. Sadly, Edith passed away before Bonnie could complete the VA application process. This inspired Bonnie to create a solution to meet this need for other seniors and caregivers.
